Shipping & Returns
I do not accept returns and I am not responsible for lost parcels. I always offer tracking with each sold item, but if you wish to purchase insurance to cover more expensive artwork, please get in touch with me at lucijazajaart@gmail.com. Artwork is usually ready to be shipped within 7 days. All artwork on paper up to A4 size is shipped in a sturdy cardboard sleeve. All artwork on paper above A4 size and all artwork on canvas is sent in a tube.
